We proudly support homeowners, designers, architects, and contractors with curated products, smooth logistics, and concierge-style guidance.

Do you work with trade professionals?

Yes. We love working with designers, architects, builders, developers, and contractors. You can apply for a Trade Account to receive priority sampling, dedicated support, and project-focused service. No project is too small or too large.


ORDERS

How do I place an order?

Simply add products to your cart and proceed to checkout. If you need help confirming quantities, finishes, or suitability, our team is here to guide you.

Can I order over the phone or by email?

Yes. You may reach our team anytime at info@tilevanity.com for assistance placing an order or confirming details.

How do I know how much tile to order?

We recommend ordering 10–15% overage for cuts, waste, and future repairs. For complex patterns or diagonal layouts, 15%–20% may be best.

What if the product is a special order item?

Special-order items are produced per order and typically require 12–16 weeks for delivery. These items are non-cancelable and non-returnable once the order is placed.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How does shipping work?

• Smaller items and samples ship via UPS/FedEx Ground.
• Full orders (tile, flooring, vanities, etc.) ship via LTL Freight on a pallet for safety.
• All freight orders include lift-gate service unless otherwise noted.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes — we ship throughout the continental United States.

How long does shipping take?

• In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days.
• Transit time varies by region, usually 2–7 business days.
• Special-order lead times vary by manufacturer.

Will I receive tracking information?

Absolutely. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.

What should I do when my order arrives?

All deliveries must be inspected within 24 hours. Please note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Report concealed damage to us within 24 hours with photos.

What if something arrives damaged?

We will take care of you. Email photos and your order number to sales@tilevanity.com within the required window so we can quickly resolve it.


SAMPLES

Do you offer samples?

Yes. We offer samples for:
• Porcelain tile
• Mosaic tile
• Vinyl flooring
• Wood flooring

Samples are usually small swatches or cut pieces intended to show color, texture, and finish.

How long do samples take to arrive?

Samples ship via UPS/FedEx and typically arrive in 3–7 business days.

Can I order multiple samples?

Absolutely. Sampling is encouraged to ensure your space turns out beautifully.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, unopened, undamaged full boxes within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. All returns must be approved prior to shipping materials back.

Which items are non-returnable?

• Special-order products
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Installed or used materials
• Loose pieces, partial boxes, or cut items
• Samples

Is there a restocking fee?

Most manufacturers apply a 25–35% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How do I start a return?

Email info@tilevanity.com with your order number and clear photos of the unopened boxes. Our team will review your request and provide the correct return instructions.

IMPORTANT: Do not ship returns until you receive the approved return address.

Return addresses vary by product, manufacturer, and warehouse. Unauthorized returns or returns sent to the wrong address may not be refundable.
Please wait for our team to provide the exact return location before shipping anything back.


PRODUCT INFORMATION

Are there color variations?

Yes. Tile, stone, and mosaics may vary in shade, tone, texture, and veining. We highly recommend ordering samples or reviewing multiple pieces before installation.

Do you guarantee sizing and specifications?

All product specs are based on the manufacturer’s data and may vary slightly between production runs. These variations are normal in the tile and stone industry.

Can tile be installed outdoors?

Some tiles are suitable for exterior use. Check the product’s frost rating and slip resistance, or email us for guidance.

Are your products first quality?

Yes. We only supply first-quality materials from trusted manufacturers and global partners.


PAYMENTS

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other secure payment options at checkout.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is automatically calculated based on your shipping address.


AFTER ORDERING

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Special-order items cannot be cancelled once submitted to the factory.

When should I schedule my installer?

Please schedule installation after your order arrives and has been inspected. This protects you from delays, damages, or shipment variations.


TRADE & COMMERCIAL PROJECTS

Do you handle commercial or large-scale projects?

Absolutely. No project is too small or too large. We regularly assist hotels, multifamily projects, retail spaces, and residential developments.

Do you offer volume quotes?

Can you help source products not listed on the site?
