🛠️ Installation Notes

Always use a licensed installer or plumber.

Verify rough-in plumbing before installation.

For floating vanities, ensure proper wall blocking/support inside the wall.

Clean the sink with non-abrasive cleaners to maintain its smooth, beautiful surface.

Avoid overtightening plumbing connections to prevent cracking of resin or ceramic basins.

Confirm faucet compatibility before installation (single-hole or widespread depending on sink model).

🚚 Shipping, Delivery & Receiving Instructions

Vanities are carefully packed and shipped via parcel or LTL freight depending on size and weight.
You will receive tracking once your order is processed.

1. Count & Visually Inspect Your Order

Count all cartons and/or pallets and confirm they match your delivery receipt.

Look for carton or pallet damage: crushing, dents, punctures, or repackaged boxes.

Note all discrepancies or visible damage on the delivery receipt.

2. Open Any Visibly Damaged Cartons

Open damaged cartons before the driver leaves when possible.

If the product is not damaged, you may accept it.

If the product is damaged, refuse only that specific carton.

3. Refuse Delivery of Damaged Items

Accept all undamaged pieces.

Refuse only the damaged item.

Clearly write the exact damage on the delivery receipt.

Take photos of damaged cartons before and after opening, plus photos of the damaged product.

4. Sign the Delivery Receipt Correctly

Ask the driver to initial or sign next to your noted damage or shortage.

Then sign the receipt yourself.

Signing without notes means the shipment was received in perfect condition.

5. Contact Us Immediately for Any Shipping Issue

If you receive any shortage, damage, or delivery irregularity, please email us immediately.
We will work with the carrier on your behalf to track missing items and assist with claims.

A Return Authorization is required before sending anything back.
