🚚 Shipping, Delivery & Receiving Instructions

Medicine cabinets are carefully packaged for safe transport and ship via parcel or LTL depending on order size. You will receive tracking once your order ships.

1. Count & Visually Inspect Your Order

Confirm the number of cartons/pallets matches your delivery receipt.

Check for crushed corners, dents, punctures, or any damaged packaging.

Write any visible damage or discrepancies directly on the delivery receipt.

2. Open Any Visibly Damaged Cartons

Open damaged cartons in the presence of the driver when possible.

If the interior product is undamaged, accept delivery.

If the item is damaged, refuse only that specific piece.

3. Refuse Delivery of Damaged Items

Accept all undamaged items.

Refuse only the damaged carton or product.

Clearly describe the damage on the delivery receipt.

Take photos of cartons before/after opening and photos of any damaged item.

4. Sign the Delivery Receipt Correctly

Ask the driver to sign or initial next to your notes.

Then sign the delivery receipt yourself.

Signing without notes confirms delivery in perfect condition.

5. Contact Us Immediately for Any Shipping Issues

If anything arrives damaged or missing, please email us immediately.
We will work with the carrier to document, track, and resolve the issue quickly.
