🚚 Shipping, Delivery & Receiving Instructions

Medicine cabinets are carefully packaged for protection and ship via parcel or LTL depending on order size. Tracking will be provided once shipped.

1. Count & Visually Inspect Your Order

Confirm the number of cartons/pallets matches the delivery receipt.

Check for crushed corners, dented edges, punctures, tears, or signs of repackaging.

Note all discrepancies or damage directly on the delivery receipt.

2. Open Any Visibly Damaged Cartons

Open damaged cartons before the driver leaves when possible.

If the cabinet is undamaged, accept the delivery.

If damaged, refuse only that item.

3. Refuse Delivery of Damaged Items

Accept all undamaged items.

Refuse only the specific damaged carton or product.

Clearly write the damage on the delivery receipt.

Take photos of the carton before and after opening, plus photos of any damaged item.

4. Sign the Delivery Receipt Correctly

Ask the driver to sign or initial next to your damage/shortage notes.

Then sign the delivery receipt.

Signing without notes confirms the shipment in perfect condition.

5. Contact Us Immediately for Any Shipping Issues

If anything is missing or damaged, please email us immediately.
We will assist with tracking, documentation, and replacement through the carrier.

A Return Authorization is required before returning anything.

Return addresses vary, so wait for return instructions before shipping.
