📦 Shipping & Delivery (LTL Freight)
Due to the weight and fragility of tile, orders typically ship via LTL freight (curbside delivery). Delivery appointments are commonly scheduled by the carrier.
Important delivery notes:
Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment.
A liftgate may be required if you do not have a loading dock or forklift.
Inspect all cartons immediately upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
🔁 Returns & Refunds (30 Days)
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened cartons in original condition.
Customer is responsible for return shipping and any associated freight fees.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once an order ships, shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Samples are non-refundable.
We recommend ordering 10–15% extra to account for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
