Shipping Policy

Most orders ship directly from our U.S. warehouse or distribution partners within normal lead times.

Because of their size, 12x24 and 18x36 tiles typically ship via LTL freight rather than UPS/FedEx, which may require additional transit time.

LTL Freight Delivery – Important Information

Orders shipping LTL include lift-gate delivery and will arrive curbside.

The carrier will schedule a delivery appointment

Pallets must be inspected upon arrival

Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing

This is required for filing freight claims.

Refund & Return Policy

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Customer is responsible for return freight and restocking fees
Pallet and wrapping source will be needed

Special-order items and samples are non-returnable

Installed tile is considered accepted — no claims or returns can be made after installation
