🚚 Shipping, Delivery & Receiving Instructions

LED mirrors are packaged securely and ship via parcel or LTL based on order size. Tracking will be provided once shipped.

1. Count & Visually Inspect Your Order

Verify carton quantity matches the delivery receipt.

Check for crushed corners, dents, holes, or any packaging damage.

Write all visible damage or discrepancies directly on the delivery receipt.

2. Open Any Visibly Damaged Cartons

Open in the presence of the driver when possible.

Accept the item only if it is undamaged.

If damaged, refuse only that specific carton.

3. Refuse Delivery of Damaged Items

Accept all undamaged pieces.

Refuse only the damaged item.

Clearly describe the damage on the delivery receipt.

Take photos of cartons before/after opening and photos of damaged product.

4. Sign the Delivery Receipt Correctly

Ask the driver to sign or initial next to your notes.

Then sign the delivery receipt yourself.

Signing without notations indicates the shipment arrived in good condition.

5. Contact Us Immediately for Any Shipping Issues

If anything is missing or damaged, email us right away.
We will assist with tracking, documentation, and replacement.
